The ideal candidate should hands-on experiences working on routing platforms in one or more of the following areas:

• Ipv4/Ipv6 forwarding
• RIP/RIPng
• OSPFv2/ OSPFv3
• BGP-4
In addition the candidate should have
1) Strong commitment to meet schedules with high quality
2) Good communication skills and ability to work smoothly in a team
3) Good programming and debugging skills in embedded system environment
Day to Day Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of a team designing/implementing/porting/maintaining basic and advanced enterprise/service provider features in new and existing switching/routing platforms. The candidate will also interact with customer support in addressing customer issues.
Qualifications
BS/MS EE/CS. 4+ years of direct software development experience
Additional Desired Qualifications
• Experience in performance tuning/optimization,
• IP Multicast protocols, Layer 2 protocols

• CCIE Helpful
