Position Summary
At Customer Marketing Operations, in Solutions Sales Management team, we are currently looking for an experienced technical sales manager with strong radio access network background. Based in Tokyo, you will use your expertise to drive and increase the service sales volume. You will be identifying service business opportunities and managing service proposals to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Solution sales of Radio Access mainly for Docomo. The main role and responsibility are as below.
- Understand customer environment, bottle neck, and requirement
- Create the strong relationship with customer – Create the strong relationship with Radio Access Business Unit – Create the attractive proposal to the customer to ensure the technical back ground. – Sales support for CT team in terms of the technical part. – Create product configuration for tendering and following ordering – Technical leading of Service and care team. – Possible bit management.
Candidate Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Wide knowledge of Radio Access technologies such as W-CDMA and LTE
- Understanding of Telecom Operator business processes
- Solution sales competence
- Strong presentation skill
- Excellent relationship, persuasion, influencing and networking skills
- Experience of RA product development, if possible.
Mandatory minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Radio Access solution engineering
- Fluency in Japanese and English
