The beginning of any effective search begins with clearly defined requirements. ProtoSell conducts a detailed review of your companyfs needs before introduction of any candidates. All reviews include analysis of core technical skill requirements, job role and gsoft skillsh such as disposition and character. |

After review of your companyfs requirements we will begin a focused search. The biggest pool of talent is always comprised of passive candidates. As this is the case, the biggest part of ProtoSellfs work will usually consist of actively contacting potential candidates. This ensures that our clients have access to the best available people in the Japan market. |

We meet with all potential candidates before submitting their resumes for client review. We use these meetings not only to review the candidatefs skill set, but also to better understand their character and professional goals. This helps us to make better matches and introductions. |

It is very important that candidates have a thorough understanding of the potential role and the environment in which they will work. While Job Specs are useful in their intended form as basic outlines of the position, they do not give the candidate the background information that he requires to make an important decision as to his future career. Too often recruiting firms do not take the time to gather this important information or to convey it to potentially suitable candidates. At ProtoSell we understand the importance of thorough communications and always make sure to give the candidate all the information he needs to make a good decision for himself and your firm. |

After meeting with potential suitable candidates and making sure of revlevant skill sets and mutual compatibility, we will make initial introductions. We continue to work closely with the candidate and client throughout the entire introduction process. This includes following up on relevant interview feedback in a timely manner. |

After a candidate has sucessfully completed the interview process, we will review all necessary details such as salary expectations and possible start date. We also provide all our candidates with full resignation support to ensure that the candidate is able to begin his first day at your firm as scheduled. |
